  • Open your profile by clicking on the three dots at the top of the screen.
  • Select the option "Deactivate Account."
  • Upon confirmation, your account will be marked as inactive.

2. Data Removal:

  • Once your account is deactivated, all stored user information will be cleared from app.
  • Please note that deactivation is not immediate deletion and your data will be retained in case you decide to reactivate your account.

3. Permanent Deletion:

  • If you want to permanently delete your account and data immediately, please contact our support team at bm.customerservice@lovincare.com.my. We will assist you in processing your request.
  • Once your data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
