Job Description

1. To provide vet care, which includes diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, performing surgeries, administering medications, and providing preventive care such as vaccinations and wellness exams.
2. To manage the clinic's operations, which includes managing staff and daily operations, ordering medication supplies, and maintaining patient records.
3. To build a client base by maintaining good relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
4. To hire, manage, train, and retain staff to ensure that the clinic operates smoothly.
5. To identify and source for equipment and supplies, including exam tables, diagnostic equipment, surgical instruments, and medications.
6. To educate public about diseases and infections, including conducting education talks.
7. Ad-hoc/ others duties assign from management from time to time.

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• A Registered Veterinary Surgeon with the Malaysian Veterinary Council (MVC).
• Possess annual practicing certificate (APC).
• A minimum of one (1) year of working experience in pet clinics is preferable. Fresh graduate with good attitude is encouraged to apply.
